Recently, Safety 4 Life brought an impactful safety education program to Wellington High School, delivering a day of powerful presentations and interactive activities designed to engage students and raise awareness about critical safety issues. This event featured presentations from a diverse lineup of speakers who shared personal stories, expert insights, and essential information on topics ranging from road safety to responsible decision-making.
Classroom Presentations with a Powerful Message
The morning began with classroom presentations led by a team of dedicated experts and professionals:
- Kristian Bie from LaBovick Law Group: Kristian spoke to students about the legal consequences of poor decisions on the road, emphasizing the importance of accountability and understanding how one moment can impact lives forever. His message highlighted the value of making responsible choices to avoid legal consequences.
- Storm Tropea from the State Attorney’s Office: Storm discussed the legal processes that follow unsafe behaviors and crimes involving teens, providing students with a clear understanding of how the justice system operates and the importance of respecting the law.
- Hayden Tryansky: Hayden shared his deeply personal story of a high-speed crash that resulted in the loss of a life, forever altering his own. As a teen who made a devastating mistake, his story served as a powerful reminder to students about the real-life consequences of reckless driving. Hayden’s message touched many students, offering them a sobering look at how one poor decision can change lives in an instant.
- Sgt. DeJoy & Captain Addazio from PBSO (Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office): Representing local law enforcement, Sgt. DeJoy and Captain Addazio provided practical tips on staying safe, both on the road and in the community. They discussed safe practices for driving, the importance of respectful interactions with law enforcement, and how students can contribute to a safer community.
Through these classroom presentations, students at Wellington High School gained valuable insights into the importance of safe decision-making, the consequences of dangerous actions, and how the choices they make now can have a lasting impact.

Interactive Lunch Hour Safety Fairs
Following the presentations, students had the opportunity to participate in lunch hour safety fairs held in common areas around the school. These fairs featured interactive displays and booths where students could engage one-on-one with the experts, ask questions, and gather additional information on topics like road safety, legal consequences, and internet safety. Safety 4 Life provided resources and materials for students to take home, encouraging ongoing learning and conversation about these vital topics.
A Day of Impact and Awareness
The day’s events at Wellington High School were a powerful example of Safety 4 Life’s commitment to educating and empowering teens to make responsible decisions. With a team of passionate speakers and interactive sessions, students gained an understanding of safety that goes beyond the classroom and into their everyday lives.
